The learned Additional Government Pleader submits that the Tahsildar Ambad directed the petitioner to submit the documents such as validity certificate, the certificate of legal heirs of Gangadhar Dashrath Mali, death certificates of Gangadhar Dashrath Mali and Rangnath Dashrath Mali. It is for the petitioner, to supply the same. 3.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the said documents would be submitted within two weeks from today. 4.

If such documents are supplied by the petitioner within a period of two weeks, the Tahsildar, Ambad shall decide the matter as directed by this Court under order dated 14th January, 2019 in Writ Petition No 6405 of 2016, preferably within a period of four months from today.
