Learned Counsel for the applicants submits that the names of the claimants are required to be corrected, as they are incorrectly mentioned in the memo of claim petition; so also in the present first appeal.

He has also prayed for directions to issue fresh demand draft/cheque in the name of the claimants after correcting their names.

This Court do not find any prayer but for issuance of fresh demand draft/cheque.

In view thereof, the learned Counsel for the applicant does not press the present application with liberty to file fresh application with appropriate pleadings and prayer therein.
