We have heard the learned counsel for applicant Mr. Thombre for some time. The learned counsel Mr. Thombre, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this application with liberty to the applicant to file application seeking discharge, before the trial Court. The learned counsel for applicant submits that the necessary directions may be given to the trial Court to decide the application seeking discharge, if filed, within 15 days from the date of this order.

Leave granted. Application is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to applicant to file an application for discharge before the trial Court, in the pending case and upon filing such application the trial Court shall decide the same within a reasonable time. 3.

The Criminal Application is disposed off.
