On perusal of the complaint, we find a strong prima facie case against the petitioners. We are, therefore, not inclined to interfere in the prosecution of this case. Besides, the applicants came here rather too early. Whatever aggrieved across the bar is a matter of defence, and therefore, we are ignoring it. In view of this, petition stands dismissed.
