1) The application is filed for setting aside the order made by the Registrar Judicial by which registration is refused. There is some delay caused in filing present application.

2) In view of the contents of the application, the submissions made and in view of the circumstance that the main proceeding will be the appeal which the

2 CA 2786 of 2011 applicant wants to file for enhancement of compensation awarded to him in respect of injury sustained in motor vehicle accident, the application is allowed. The order of the learned Registrar Judicial is set aside. The learned counsel makes statement that court fees is now paid. If there is no other office objections the matter is to be restored for admission purpose. This circumstance will be considered against the applicant while determining entitlement of the applicant to get interest on the amount if at all it is increased.
