Present application has been filed for setting aside order passed by learned Registrar (Judicial) on 10.02.2021 and for restoration of the Second Appeal. Learned Advocate for the applicant submits that the objection was regarding the deposit of Court fee and though time of two weeks was given, he could not pay it due to his personal difficulty. He is ready to pay the same. Under such circumstance, the application stands allowed.

The order passed by learned Registrar (Judicial) on 10.02.2021 is hereby set aside.
