This is a petition by a businessman, who seeks recovery of unpaid amounts by the Integrated Tribal Development Project Head.

The learned A.G.P. submits that, since it is a matter of clearance of bills, firstly, there could be a disputed issue and secondly, this Court should not entertain recovery proceedings. 3.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that, he would approach Respondent No.4 with a composite representation. This petition may be disposed off.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. If there is no dispute as regards the payment to be made to the Petitioner, Respondent No.4 would consider the representation, on it's own merits and within 90 days from the date of tendering of the representation.
