The learned counsel for the applicants submits that in terms of the order dated 07.02.2024 passed in first appeal no.2205 of 2014, the claimants are entitled to withdraw the amount deposited in this court. The legal representatives of applicant no.1C - Dinkar Vishwanath Mali (Gawali) has filed an affidavit dated 08.04.2024 stating therein that legal representatives mentioned in the application are the only legal heirs of the deceased - Dinkar Vishwanath Mali (Gawali). 3.

In view of the same, the civil application is allowed and disposed of. The claimants are permitted to withdraw the amount of compensation in terms of prayer clauses "B" and "C' of the civil application.
