These two civil applications have been filed by the applicants-original petitioners.

Since the petition was not worked out, this Court (Coram: S.V. Gangapurwala and Avinash G. Gharote, JJ.)

913-CA-1421-22 dismissed the petition in default by an order dated 16th December, 2019.

The learned AGP submits that the petitioners are not interested in the matter, and therefore, they were ignoring the proceedings.

Since it appears that the petitioners desire to pursue the petition, these two civil applications are allowed. The writ petition is restored at the stage it which it has been disposed off, considering that the rights of the petitioners under The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition (Rehabilitation and Resettlement ) Act, 2013 are involved.

List the writ petition for urgent admission hearing on 16-06-2022.
