Learned advocate for the applicant points out that as a matter of fact respondents No.2A to 2D in the present civil application were very much parties to the proceedings pending before the trial court, however, under oversight the same had not been realized while writ petition was being drafted. The same came to be realized after notices of the writ petition were issued. He as such, requests to grant the present civil application. 2.
