The petitioner solicits the order in terms of the order passed by this Court on 16.01.2017 in Writ Petition No.8324 of 2016. In terms of the said order, the Liquidator was directed to consider the documents that would be produced by the disputants before him and after considering, reconstruct the loan accounts and still he found that there is some amount due and payable by the respondent, then shall be proceeded against the disputants in accordance with law.

Similar order has already been passed by the Judge, Co-operative Court, Aurangabad on 28.02.2014 in Case No.CCA-216/2012. The respondent does not dispute the same. 4.

As such, no further order needs to be passed in this writ petition. The petitioner may proceed to execute the order passed by the Co-operative Court on 28.02.2014. Thus, the writ petition stands disposed of.
