Mr.Godbole, learned counsel states that the Government has accepted the recommendation made by the Performance Review Committee. The age of retirement now extended to 30th April, 2017. In light of that, nothing remains for adjudication in the present writ petition. As such, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
