Considering the prayers, this Petition would lie before this court.

Now the learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that he desires to delete prayer clause (B) and instead challenge the order dated 09.11.2022, passed in R.C.C. No.44 of 2017. 3.

In view of the above, leave to delete prayer clause (B). Leave to replace prayer clause (B) with a prayer for challenging

(( 2 )) 931-WP-9617-2024 the order dated 09.11.2022. Deletion and addition be carried out upto 20.09.2024.

In view of the deletion and the addition of the prayer as above, the matter would lie before the learned Single Judge. Hence, remove from the board.

Now the learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that with the addition of the prayer, he will convert the Petition into a Criminal Writ Petition.
