The applicant herein has filed an undertaking and has specifically mentioned in para 5 that the amount of Rs.1 lakh would be utilized by her for her day-to-day expenditure only and that she would not part with any share of the said amount with any of the relative. The undertaking is taken on record and marked Article "X" for the purpose of identification. In view of the undertaking
