ORDER:

It is submitted that, the validation proceeding is pending. The learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the vigilance is conducted. The petitioner has also filed his say to the vigilance and the validation proceeding is not disposed of. 2.
The petitioner has appeared for Third (2) MBBS examination. The result of the said examination is withheld.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader accepts notice for respondent No. 1 & 3. Ms S. M. Jadhav, learned counsel waives service of notice for respondent No. 2.

Considering the above, we pas the following order.
ORDER
(i) The Committee shall decide the validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously, preferably within two months from the date of appearance of the petitioner.
(ii) The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 27.03.2018.
(iii) The Respondents No. 2 and 3 shall not withhold the result of the petitioner only on the ground that the validation proceeding is pending.
