PER COURT :- 1.

The applicant has already been permitted to withdraw the amount to the extent of 50 per cent on furnishing an undertaking whereas the balance 25 per cent is permitted to be withdrawn on furnishing Bank guarantee of a Nationalized Bank and, accordingly, the applicant is stated to have withdrawn the amount. Balance 25 per cent is directed to be deposited in fixed deposit and accordingly, the amount appears to have been invested in a fixed deposit. We do not find any reason to direct modification of the order passed by the Division Bench on 19.6.2012. The application for withdrawal of amount is devoid of substance and hence stands rejected.
