Learned counsel for the petitioners as well as respondent inform that the Regular Darkhast No. 10/1995 is disposed of by order dated 10.10.2012.

In view of the orders passed on earlier dates, parties were directed to ascertain the status of the Regular Darkhast No. 10/1995 and to make statement, as to whether there is need to prosecute instant petition. In response to this, the position is clarified accordingly. 3.

In view of the fact that the instant petition raised a challenge to the order dated 28.02.2012 in Regular Darkhast No. 10/1995, which is now decided, the instant petition has been rendered infructuous. 4.

Writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
