The report is called from the Principal District Judge. The relevant part of the report of Principal District Judge is as under,:- "...as per the direction of the Hon'ble High Court in Civil Application No.1718 of 1989, the decree holder has deposited amount of Rs.54,000/- in Special Darkhast No.74 of 1987 vide "C" No.226 of 1988 dated 07.06.1988. Said amount was invested in fixed deposit for the period of three years vide S.T.D. receipt No.227048 (Ledger Folio No.2/106) dated 25.04.1989, from the D.D.O. Account of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Dhule."
