The petitioner assails the notice dated 14.3.2013.

This Court under order dated 3.4.2013, had directed the petitioner to deposit

2 W.P.No.2204/13 Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees five lacs) and had further directed the Respondents not to take any coercive steps.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has deposited the amount of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees five lacs) and the Respondents have withdrawn the said amount. The learned counsel further states that petitioner is ready to settle the account under one time settlement.

The petitioner may approach the Bank for the said purpose.

In fact, the purpose of the Writ Petition stood served. If fresh action is sought to be taken by the Bank naturally, fresh notice will be required to be issued.

Considering above, nothing survives in the Writ Petition now. The Writ Petition is
