The learned Counsel for respondent - MSRTC has strong objection to withdrawal of the amount.

In view of the submissions and for the reasons stated in the application, the applicant is permitted to withdraw 75% of the amount deposited in this Court, on furnishing usual undertaking to the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. The balance amount be invested in any nationalized Bank till disposal of the appeal. 5.

The Civil Application for withdrawal of the amount is accordingly disposed of.
