The learned advocate for the petitioners on instruction seeks leave to withdraw the petition on the ground that the petitioners have been soliciting school leaving certificate from the respondent/school but in the meanwhile their biological father has already obtained it directly from the school. He submits that the petition may be allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners and their biological mother to seek appropriate relief before the Family Court where the matrimonial dispute is going on. 2.

The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
