1] The present civil application is filed to bring on record the legal heirs of deceased appellant no.15 i.e. Laxman by condoning delay of 1623 days in filing the present application.

2] The learned counsel for the applicants submits that the legal heirs mentioned in para no.3 of the present application are the only legal heirs of the deceased appellant no.15. The learned counsel further submits that the applicants are the poor farmers and they were not aware about process of bringing the legal heirs on record. The delay caused in filing the present civil application is not intentional and deliberate. Considering the said fact, the present civil application may be allowed.

3737.17CA 3] For the reasons stated in the civil application, the same is allowed. Delay is condoned. Civil Application is disposed of accordingly.
