In connected matters, 50% of the amount in deposit was permitted to be withdrawn. Similar order, therefore, needs to be passed herein. Hence, the applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount in deposit on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
