By this Writ Petition, the petitioner has put forth following relief : "B) By issuing a writ of Mandamus or any other writ, order or direction in the like nature, this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the respondent no.3 to decide the complaint/application dated 03.08.2017 filed by the petitioner, within stipulated period and for that purpose issue necessary orders."

During the course of hearing, it has been pointed out by learned counsel for Respondent No.3/The Municipal Commissioner, Aurangaband Municipal Corporation, Dist. Aurangabad, that the complaint filed by the petitioner has already been decided by

2 930.WP-4288-2019.doc communicating the same to the petitioner on 24.10.2018. Thus, the purpose of this Writ Petition has been sub-served. 4.

Needless to state that petitioner may take out appropriate proceedings for challenging the said decision dated 24.10.2018 taken on his complaint.
