It is reported that, now the matter is settled between the parties. The respondent No. 1 is present in the Court and he has also executed affidavit which is filed on record. In the affidavit, he submitted that, in view of relation between the parties, the dispute between the parties is settled. The respondent No. 1 also undertakes to withdraw all civil and criminal proceedings filed against the petitioner. He has specifically averd that, now he has no grievance against the petitioner and he has waived all the rights against the petitioner. In view of the same, he has no objection to quash the proceedings or to withdraw the proceedings. The affidavit is taken on record and marked as Annexure "X".

In view of the same, learned advocate for the petitioner prays for leave to withdraw the criminal writ petition. 3.
