Heard learned counsel for the respective parties. 2.

Mr. Bhavthankar, learned counsel for the applicants submits that in connected appeals, the Court has allowed the applicants to withdraw 80% of the amount deposited on submitting an undertaking to this Court and 20% was directed to be kept in fixed deposit. As such, the applicants in the respective applications for withdrawal are allowed to withdraw 80% of the amount deposited on submitting an an undertaking before this Court that in case the applicants are

ca3802.16 -2directed to deposit the amount, they will deposit the same within one month. Remaining 20% amount be kept in fixed deposit in any Nationalized Bank.

Respective civil applications for withdrawal of the amount filed by the claimants are allowed and disposed of. 4.

In delay condonation applications, learned counsel appearing for the respondents-original claimants has no objection if the delay is condoned. Thus, in view of above submission and for the reasons stated in the civil applications, respective civil applications for condonation of delay are allowed. Delay condoned. Civil applications are disposed of.
