On 7.6.2016, counsel for petitioners was absent. However, the matter was adjourned in the interest of justice with a rider that if the petition is not worked out on the next date, the Court would be constrained to dismiss the petition.

Today in the morning session, when the mater was called out, none appeared for the petitioners, still, it was kept back. In the afternoon session also when the matter was called out, none appears for the petitioners.

Even otherwise, the notice in respect of measurement is

assailed. The said notice is of the year 2013. The said measurement must have already taken effect. The same is pursuant to a decree passed by the Civil Court.

In light of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
