PER COURT :- The proposal for grant of approval to the appointment of the petitioner has been turned down by the Education Officer, which order is impugned in this petition. The Education Officer has recorded in the order that the posts of Trained Graduate Teachers were filled in at the time of the alleged appointment of the petitioner. The petitioner controverts the contention of the respondent recorded in the order as well as in the affidavit in reply.

In the circumstances, this petition can be disposed of with liberty to petitioner to tender an appropriate representation/appeal to the Deputy Director of Education, Pune for redressal of his grievance. If the petitioner tenders appeal/representation within a period of six weeks from today, the Deputy Director of Education, Pune may, after considering the contentions of the petitioner as well as after extending opportunity to the Education Department to put forth its contention, decide the controversy as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of appeal/representation.
