Heard learned Assistant Government Pleader Mr. Y.G. Gujrathi.

Learned counsel Mr. Nagargoje appearing for respondent as well as learned counsel Mr. Deshmukh holding for Mr. Hon purport to allege delaying tactics against each other. 3.

Looking at the events, as have been referred to in paragraphs no. 3 and 4, while there have been direction for disposal of the proceedings at an early date, request for extension of period of three months is difficult to be acceded to.

However, the request is partially being acceded to. The pending dispute / proceedings be disposed of by 20-04-2019. Difficulties of the nature expressed in the civil application would not hinder the proceedings.

If there are delaying tactics on either side, the authority shall deal with same with firm hands. 6.

Civil application is disposed of.
