ORDER :

The petition is filed for giving direction to caste Scrutiny Committee to take decision on the claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and till the decision of caste scrutiny committee, protect the service of the present petitioner. He is employed as primary teacher with respondent school. Statement was made by the learned counsel for petitioners that as yet the decision is not taken on the caste claim by the Caste Scrutiny Committee.

In view of these circumstances, direction is given to respondent Committee to see that the matter of the petitioner is

WP No. 2674/14 disposed of expeditiously and in any case within nine months from today, if it is already not decided. Till then the interim relief already granted by order dated 24.3.2014 will remain in existence. With these observations, the petition is allowed and disposed of.
