The grievance of the petitioner is that, the proceedings filed by the petitioner are not yet decided.

The communication is placed on record by the learned Assistant Government Pleader that considering the circumstances prevailing on account of Covid - 19 pandemic and that the curfew is declared in the State, the authorities would endeavour to decide the proceeding after giving opportunity to the petitioner of hearing expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (04) months from today.

In view of the said statement made in the communication, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
