This petition can be disposed of by issuing directions to the Divisional Commissioner, Nashik Division, Nashik, to take decision in appeal presented by the petitioner on 22nd January 2017, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of 03 (three) months from today, after extending opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and all other parties. It is accordingly directed.
