Mr. P.V. Jadhavar, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the validation proceedings in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending with respondent No. 2 Committee. However, respondent Nos. 3 and 4 are not permitting the petitioner to appear for examination and are insisting for submission of the validity certificate.

The learned A.G.P. accepts the notice for rspondent Nos. 1 and 2. Mr. S.B. Bhosale, the learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of respondent No. 4. 4.

In light of above, we pass the following order:- (i) Respondent No. 2 Committee shall decide the validation proceedings in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously, preferably within eight months. The petitioner shall cooperate with the Committee for expeditious disposal of the validation proceedings.

(ii) Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 shall not refuse to accept the examination form of the petitioner and shall not withhold the result of the petitioner on the ground that the validation proceedings are pending. Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 may take further course of action depending upon the judgment that may be delivered by the respondent No. 2 Committee in the validation proceedings.

With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
