In all these matters, though respondents i.e. Original claimants are duly served, none of them has entered appearance in the matters.

Delay of 610 days has occurred in filing these appeals by the State. The causes for occurrence of delay are explained in paragraph nos. 3 and 4 of the application. Since the delay has been sufficiently explained, I am inclined to pass the following order :

ORDER

1.

The Civil Applications for condonation of delay are allowed. Delay caused in filing the appeals is condoned. The Appeals be registered in accordance with law. Civil Applications for condonation of delay stand disposed of.

2.

After registration of the appeals, issue notice to the respondents in the appeals returnable after six weeks. Call for R & P. Place the matters for admission after six weeks. 3.

S.O. after six weeks. In the meanwhile, the execution of the awards impugned in the present appeals shall stand stayed subject to deposit of entire amount under the each of the aforesaid awards along with the interest thereon in this Court by the appellant State within eight weeks from the date of this order.
