Mr.H.K.Mundhe, learned Counsel for the applicants submits that in connected matters, the Court has allowed the applicants to withdraw 80 per cent of the amount deposited on submitting an undertaking to this Court and 20 per cent was directed to be kept in fixed deposit. As such, the respective applicants in the respective applications for withdrawal are AGP/-

BENCH AT AURANGABAD (2) CA NO.3811/2016gr allowed to withdraw 80 per cent of the amount deposited on submitting an undertaking before this Court that in case the applicants are directed to deposit the amount, they will deposit the same within one month.

Remaining 20 per cent amount be kept in fixed deposit in any nationalized Bank till disposal of the appeals. Civil Applications stand disposed of.
