Mr.Choudhari, learned counsel submits that under the administrative order, the present Writ Petition is clubbed with Writ Petition No.10285/2014.

In the present Writ Petition, the petitioner claims payment of salary.

Mr.Choudhari, learned counsel on instructions states that petitioner is paid salary till 24.6.2012.

It appears that subsequently the approval granted to the petitioner was rejected. By separate order we have set aside the order rejecting the approval granted to the petitioner in W.P.No.10285/2014 and same is required to be considered by Education Officer afresh. The Education Officer shall take decision with regard to the aspect as to whether the petitioner has worked during the said period and about the entitlement of the petitioner for the salary as claimed by the petitioner.

The parties are already directed to appear before the Education Officer on 5.12.2017 and the parties may put forth their respective claims before the Education Officer, even in respect of the claim of the petitioner for salary.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
