Heard. The informant has filed affidavit, stating to have settled the matter out of Court and has, therefore, no objection to allow this application. In view of the same, allowing the prosecution to proceed against the applicants would be an exercise in futility. 3.

Sections 326, 324, 323, 506, 143, 147, 148, 149 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s) and 3(2)(va) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act and the consequential charge sheet and further proceedings pursuant thereto are hereby quashed.
