The applicants claimed that they have already paid fine amount and order of conviction is already suspended for some period by learned Sessions Court.

The applicants claimed that they have not misused the liberty during the trial, when they were on bail, granted by the trial Court.

In view of thereof, the following order :-

1516.16crapln -2- (a) The substantive sentence imposed on the applicants shall stand suspended.

(b) During the pendency of the appeal, the applicants be released on bail on the same terms, on which they were admitted on bail by learned trial Court.

The application is allowed in above terms.
