Learned APP Mr. Bhagat submits that the applicant was released on temporary bail due to Covid-19, however, inspite of the period that was granted for the temporary bail has expired, she has not surrendered before the Jail Authorities. Under such circumstance, this fact will have to be viewed against the applicant. Possibility that she might have gone absconding cannot be ruled out and therefore, the application deserves to be rejected at the threshold and accordingly, it is rejected.

Learned Advocate Mr. Salve was appointed by this Court by order dated 29.01.2021 at the expense of the State to represent the cause of the applicant. Though he may be ready with the matter, yet, the circumstance force this Court to reject the application and therefore, the fees of the appointed Advocate is quantifed at Rs.5,000/- to be paid by the High
