The learned Counsel for the applicant pointed out that he had earlier approached this Court vide Bail Application No.235 of 2020, after arguments, it was allowed to be withdrawn by order dated 06.10.2020. At the same time, the Court had directed the trial Court to dispose of the case expeditiously on priority basis. Learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that so far there is no progress in the trial. He does not press this application, however he seeks directions to trial Court to dispose of the case expeditiously. Since the order directing expeditious hearing of the trial is already passed on 06.10.2020, the learned Judge shall follow that order. 2.

In view of above, the following order is passed.

ORDER

(i) The Bail Application stands disposed of as withdrawn. (ii) Learned Trial Judge shall follow the order passed by this Court on 06.10.2020 in Bail Application No.235 of 2020. ( SARANG V. KOTWAL, J. ) GGP
