1] Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that validation proceeding is pending since the year 2010. The same is not yet decided. Learned counsel submits that vigilance has been conducted. The petitioner has filed say to the vigilance report.

2] Learned AGP accepts notice for both respondents.

3] Considering that the vigilance is conducted and the petitioner has filed say to the vigilance, we pass the following order:

ORDER

i] In case, validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending with respondent no.2, then respondent no.2 shall decide the same on it's own merits, in accordance with law, preferably within two [2] weeks from the date of appearance of the petitioner.

ii] The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 30th March, 2021.

iii] Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
