CORAM : R. M. BORDE & K. K. SONAWANE, JJ.

Date: October 26, 2016 ...

PER COURT :- The objection raised by the petitioner to the candidature of respondent No.4 has been dealt with by the grievance cell and it has been found that the objections are without any merit. The petitioner has already been held disqualified to participate in the process. The objections raised by the petitioner in respect of candidature of selected candidate have also been turned down by the grievance cell. We have perused the order passed by the grievance cell dated 2.3.2016. We do not find any serious infirmity compelling us to cause interference in exercise of extraordinary jurisdiction under article 226 of the Constitution of India.

The petition is devoid of substance and hence stands rejected. ( K. K. SONAWANE, J. ) ( R. M. BORDE, J. ) vbd
