2] The applicants, who are arrested in connection with Crime No.61 of 2016 registered at Gangapur

3 16-crappln1521-16 and ors..odt Police Station, Tq.Gangapur, Dist. Aurangabad for the offences punishable under Section 5B, 5C, 6, 9, 9(A) of Maharashtra Animal Preservation Act, 1976 and Section 429 of Indian Penal Code, are praying for their release on bail.

3] The allegations against the applicants are that the flesh of cow was recovered and the machinery meant for slaughtering of animal was found in possession of the present applicants. The applicants were arrested on 20th February, 2016.

4] The maximum punishment for the offence registered against the applicants would be rigorous imprisonment for one year.

5] Considering the facts on record, finding that the investigation is practically complete, present applicants can be released on bail.

B] The applicants in all the applications be released on bail in connection with Crime No.61 of 2016 registered at Gangapur Police Station, Tq.Gangapur, Dist. Aurangabad for the offences punishable under Section 5B, 5C, 6, 9, 9(A) of Maharashtra Animal Preservation Act, 1976 and Section 429 of Indian Penal Code, upon their executing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rs.Fifteen Thousand) each and also upon furnishing surety each in the like amount.
