DATE : 21-12-2018 ORDER :
1.
Learned counsel for the parties are not at loggerheads about that the issue involved in the present matter is similar to the one which had been involved in writ petition no. 2220 of 2014 which has been disposed of by this court on 17-12-2018, issuing certain directions.
2.
Learned counsel for petitioner, thus, expects similar treatment in this matter.
2 WP - 2767-2014 3.
Learned counsel for petitioner submits that proposal pursuant to section 125(2) of the Maharashtra Village Panchayats Act, 1958 had been submitted and requests that same be directed to be decided.
4.
Learned counsel for respondent no. 6 is apprehensive about proposal had been submitted and its pendency. 5.
Looking at the grievance in the petition, it appears to be expedient that concerned authority processes the proposal, if any, of the petitioner stated to be submitted pursuant to section 125(2) of the Act and decide on the same as early as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of writ of this order.
6.
Writ petition accordingly stands disposed of. [S.M. GAVHANE] [SUNIL P. DESHMUKH] JUDGE JUDGE arp/
