We have heard Mr Kale, the learned counsel for the petitioner. The learned counsel submits that the award has been passed in the year 2019. However, the interest as contemplated under section 26 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 is not calculated and paid. 2.

Mr Manorkar, the learned counsel for respondent No. 3 submits that the petitioner can approach the arbitrator for the grievance raised in the petition. 3.

In light of that, the petitioner may approach the arbitrator for his grievance. In that event, all contentions are kept open. 4.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
