This matter is not on board. However at the request of parties, taken on board. The parties and their lawyers representing them are present. They have filed Settlement Terms, which is marked as Exhibit 'X'. In view of the terms of settlement between the parties, First Appeal is disposed of. 2.

The Appellant shall deposit an amount of Rs. 96,75,000/- (Rupees Ninety Six Lacs Seventy Five Thousand) within five weeks from today before the Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, Ahmednagar as per the agreed terms. 3.

Amount be disbursed by the Claimants as per the award passed by the Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, Ahmednagar.

The Office is directed to refund the Court fees as per the Provisions of Maharashtra Court Fees Act, 1959.
