The learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners in both the petitions have been issued tribe certificates that they belong to Mahadev Koli (ST-29), scheduled tribe, however, as the correct nomenclature of the said

2 16-WP-3551 and 3552.odt tribe is 'Koli Mahadev', the respondents may be directed to issue correct tribe certificates to the petitioners.

We have heard the learned AGP for the respondents.

The petitioners shall submit the original tribe certificate to respondent no.2 - SubDivisional Officer, Beed. Upon receipt of the original tribe certificate, the Sub-Divisional Officer shall issue correct tribe certificate to the petitioners that they belong to 'Koli Mahadev', scheduled tribe, expeditiously and preferably, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of the original tribe certificate from the petitioners.

With these directions, both the Writ Petitions stand disposed of. No costs.
