Learned advocate for the petitioner, on instructions, restricts the challenge in the present petition to the extent of rejection of his prayer for clubbing of Enquiry Application No. 42 of 2013 with Enquiry Application No.1119 of 2006 and hearing them together.

While passing the impugned order, the prayer of the petitioner for clubbing and hearing together is not considered by the Deputy Charity Commissioner.

No prejudice is likely to be caused to the concerned, in case Enquiry Application No. 42 of 2013 is tagged and heard

{2} wp5320-20 together with Enquiry Application No.1119 of 2006. 4.

In that view of the matter, without going into the merits of the matter and by granting liberty to the petitioner to agitate grievance in the pending change report applications, the prayer of the petitioner for clubbing both the enquiry applications No. 42 of 2013 and 1119 of 2006 and hearing them together is hereby allowed.
