The limited grievance raised in this writ petition is that the representation addressed by the petitioner to the respondent No.2 dated 15.12.2020 is yet not decided and therefore the petitioner is seeking direction to the respondent authority to decide the representation in the light of the order passed by this Court on 06.06.2019 in batch of writ petition including writ petition No.6317/2019.
