Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P. for the respondents/State.

There were no complaints that the applicant has violated the conditions of bail not to enter village Nimtek, Taluka Umari, District Nanded till the conclusion of the trial. The applicant is a poor agriculturist. There is no progress in the trial. Only the complainant has been examined. The agricultural land is the main source of his income. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the application deserves to be allowed. Hence, the following order :-

ORDER

951-Cri.Appln. No. 940-23.odt (i) The application is allowed.

(ii) The condition not to enter the village Nimtek, Taluka Umri, District Nanded till conclusion of the trial imposed by this Court by its order dated 15th March, 2022 in Bail Application No. 293 of 2022 with application No. 981 of 2022 to the extent of the present applicant, stands relaxed.
